Mohamed Awadalla, Chief Executive Officer

An international hotelier with over thirty-seven years of experience, Mohamed Awadalla has worked with some of the leading global hospitality companies including Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, Hilton International, Rotana Hotels and TIME Hotels.

Being one of the founders of Host Hotel Management, Awadalla is the CEO with overall responsibility for the company’s Hotels, Hotel Apartments and Residence with a remit to spearhead the future development and drive the commercial success of Host’s rapidly expanding portfolio.

Soumitra Saha, Vice President of Finance

Soumitra, is a Chartered Accountant, with 35 + years of experience in hospitality and the food processing industry. He has opened and worked in multiple hotels at multiple locations, as finance head of the business, and has worked with some exceptional talents, across countries.

A commercially focused and seasoned professional, who worked with Indian and Global brands – Oberoi, HJ Heinz, Leela Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt and Movenpick, in India and outside, Soumitra has consistently delivered “financial results” that meet or surpass exceptions, while remaining focused on “best practices”. Soumitra has the ability to think outside the box with a mission to get the best result for the business and to sweat the asset to maximize returns. Therefore, peak revenues and operating profits always partnered unblemished audit and statutory reports.

From the time he began his professional journey he believed in the 4C’s of business – Customer, Compliance, Cost and Cash, in that order! He says, “It has stood me in good stead and has also worked extremely well for the businesses I have had the honor to represent”.

Gaetan Lavoie, Corporate Director of Technical Services

Gaetan Lavoie, began his career in Canada in 1991 with Novotel and, over the next nine years oversaw the opening and renovation of properties across North America until reaching Sofitel Miami. Move to Crown Plaza in Toronto in 2000, Then he took responsibility for the new property Renaissance Hotel in Montreal in 2002, overseeing the property’s that eventually was sold to McGill University in 2003 an being his new journey. In 2007, he joined the SNC Lavalin as Facility Manager, overseeing 97 locations, and in 2014 he joined TIME Hotels as Corporate Director of Technical Services.
He is currently holding the role of Vice President of Technical Service.

Ahmed Al Mulla, Corporate Director of Security & Government Protocol

A UAE National, Ahmed Al Mulla, who was born and raised in Umm Al Quwain, has been with TIME Hotels since 2012. With over 20 years in the security industry, Al Mulla gained a wealth of international experience working for the Dubai Airport and different Government facilities. As the Groups’ Corporate Director of Security,  Al Mulla is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the overall company process for security strategy. He builds and maintains key relationships with the Government and private sectors to ensure TIME remains aligned with State standards as it expands internationally. He is a key player in supporting TIME’s vision, operations and the protection of its stakeholders, assets and interests.

Waleed Samir, Information Technology Manager

Dynamic, idealistic, open minded and results driven IT professional with over 25 years of record of achievements and demonstrated success, while providing visionary leadership in highly competitive and demanding fields. Solid record in systems automation and adoption, In-Room technology, and integrated internal processes. Excellent organizational and project management skills complemented with effective communication. Possess the understanding and acclimating skills to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Waleed Samir, is currently holding the role of Corporate Manager of IT, responsible for setting objectives and strategies for the IT department, selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits, designing and customizing technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience as well as business processes while assessing current processes, recommending software upgrades, and directing the executive team on the best processes.

Eddie Ignatius, Corporate Director of Quality & Business Excellence

Eddie Ignatius, began his career with Rosewood Hotel & Resorts in 1998, joining Hilton International in 2002. After four years with Hilton, he joined the prestigious pre-opening team of the landmark Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

In 2007, he joined Rotana Hotels and later joined TIME Hotels, where he spearheaded the development and implementations of the Front Office Operations system used in all TIME Hotels properties. he was also involved and contributed to the Human Resource development which earned him the role of establishing and managing the Learning & Development.

Majd Hamamouchi, Director of Business Development

Majd Hamamouchi has in-depth knowledge of Hospitality investment and Management.

With his extensive experience for more than 20 years in the hospitality and tourism sector in senior positions (Morocco, Dubai, Hong Kong), Majd is a strong Leader with high level of organization and management skills, Goal oriented and results driven Person.

Majd holds an an MBA in Strategy and Marketing with large network at global level, excellent communication (French, Arabic, English) negotiation and presentation skills with proven track record of implementing and developing hospitality business, Real Estate, hospitality investment & fundraising.

Shivani Sharma, Digital Marketing Manager

Shivani, a dynamic and results-driven digital marketing strategist with over 4 years of industry experience, who has been making waves at TIME Hotels. With a proven track record of success, she has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of TIME Hotels. Her idealistic and open-minded approach, coupled with her unwavering drive for achieving exceptional results, sets her apart in the highly competitive and demanding field of digital marketing

Shivani’s visionary leadership has been instrumental in guiding TIME Hotels through successful marketing campaigns and initiatives. She has a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of a campaign is meticulously planned and executed to drive maximum impact and results.

Shymaa Fahim, Director of Marketing & Communication

Shymaa is a Dynamic, results driven marketing strategist with over 12-years industry experience and demonstrated success in renown brands such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotel Group and now she settled in TIME Hotels. Solid track record to develop the Marketing strategies and running successful results-driven marketing campaigns.

Idealistic, open minded and results driven marketing professional with a record of achievements and demonstrated success, while providing visionary leadership in highly competitive and demanding fields. Excellent organizational and project management skills complemented with effective communication. Possess the understanding and acclimating skills to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Ahmed Zaki, Legal Counsel

Ahmed Zaki graduated in Egypt with a degree of Faculty of Law in 2008 and started his career working in his home country as a lawyer associate in one of the well-known Lawyer’s Office. As a goal getter, he wanted to expand his horizon, therefore in 2012 he explored the opportunities in Dubai, UAE and until date he is overseeing and managing the Legal Department as a Legal Counsel responsible to make sure that company’s business is adhering to law, give legal advice and monitor all applicable legal aspects
