This includes talent selection, recruitment and training of all operations team members, development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), policy & guidelines, operational systems, control and reporting systems. Our robust management systems are aimed at maximizing efficiency and effectiveness, minimizing costs and delivering top-line results whilst enhancing the guest experience.
HHM also specializes in the design and development of new build properties, pre-opening and operating budgets, cash flow projections and comprehensive commercial action, pre-opening marketing and business plans. Our team works with brand partners and owners to establish a critical path and provides hand’s-on management throughout and across the whole build programme to ensure the scheduled opening date is met.
